MIODIA is a reminder service you use by messaging it on WhatsApp.

What we store

Your WhatsApp number, the to-dos you send, our replies, and when to remind you. We need these to remind you and to keep the conversation about each to-do going.

Who processes it

Messages travel through WhatsApp (Meta). To work out questions and next steps, the text of your to-dos is sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Data is stored in our database hosted by Neon, and the service runs on Vercel. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Deleting your data

Send MIODIA the message DELETE MY DATA and your number and all your to-dos are erased straight away.
